• All purchases are made with Tommy Gallagher Injury Management directly via the website unless otherwise stated.
• All prices on tommygallagher.ie are inclusive of VAT.
• All products listed on tommygallagher.ie include post and packaging, unless otherwise stated.
• All goods and packages are reviewed before leaving the building. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product please get in touch with us within 30 days of your order date at tommy@tommygallagher.ie and we can look into this with our courier service.
• Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within Ireland and Northern Ireland on all orders. Contact us for estimated delivery times to mainland UK, Europe and beyond
• Weather and other events outside of our control (acts of God) may cause delays on delivery of your order. We will update you when we can of any delays. Your parcel tracking number will also be updated with any information on delays / change to delivery.
• All promotional offers and discounts are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or change at any time.
• In the unlikely event we are out of stock of an item you have purchased we will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative / replacement.
• All payment for goods must be made when the order is placed. We will not despatch goods before payment is received.
• If you wish to return a product please contact us at tommy@tommygallagher.ie. Returns must be made within 30 days of your order. Returned goods must be in good condition and unopened unless damaged (in which case contact tommy@tommygallagher.ie. Tommy Gallagher Injury Management does not cover the cost of returning goods.
